Our products are custom-made to order, and we do not maintain inventory. As such, we have a strict no return policy except in cases of defective or damaged items. Please review the following guidelines:

- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Any reason other than product defects

Defective or damaged items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect items:
- In the rare event you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement of the correct item.

Order cancellation:
- Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately.
- We cannot cancel or modify orders once they've been submitted.
